To see how their animated typefaces can be implemented, Animography invited a different artist each week of 2018 to create a loop around a word. They could pick any word and any typeface from the collection, and do whatever they want with it.

Among many artists we admire, we too were invited and chose the word "curiosity" and the animated typeface, Barbour.

The inherent drive to question, explore and discover is something we find ourselves to be continuously fascinated by and therefore put it at the center of this miniature story—doubling as an homage to the Curiosity rover.
